DSA appearances and its significance of hepatic carcinoma after interventional therapy

Objective:To study the DSA features and its significance of hepatic carcinoma after interventional therapy.Methods:Selected 102 patients with hepatic carcinoma and compared their DSA imagings before interventional therapy with imagings after treatment.Analysis the DSA fetures of TAI group and TAI+TACE group.Results:Features of TAI group:tumors decreased in size (4 cases),kept their figures (23 cases);the staining of carcinomas were paled (26 cases);the feeding vessels became constrictive or atresic (11 cases);APS and more blood lake were found (8 cases).Features of TAI+TACE group:tumors decreased in size(9 cases,5 cases among these shown vessels turned tortuous),tumor kept their figures (35 cases);the carcinomas developed with LP UF disappeared (12 cases,there were no collateral circulation founded);collateral circulations were founded in livers (11 cases.The LP UF near the collateral circulations were disappeared);pseudoaneurysm (1 cases).Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]The DSA appearances of hepatic carcinoma after interventional therapy are considered an important reference for appraising the effect and designing the further plan of treatment.
