Analysis of postoperative radiotherapy effect in the treatment of patients with N_2 non-small cell lung cancer at IIIA period and its prognostic factors
Journal of Clinical Pulmonary Medicine(2013)
摘要
Objective To explore the curative effect and prognostic factors of radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with N2 non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) at ⅢA period. Methods The clinical data of 195 patients with N2 NSCLC were retrospectively analyzed, and 5-year survival was considered as the prognostic index. Results The survival rates of 1 year,3 years and 5 years survival rates were respectively 58.5%,29.7% and 19.0%.The results of multiple factors COX regression showed that the independent risk factors included gross tumor volume(OR=2.840),T grades(OR=1.923),and N2 metastasis groups(OR=2.672).N2 amicula integrity(OR=0.316) and radiotherapy dose(OR=0.270) were protective factors. Conclusion The 5-year survival rate is a little lower in patients with N2 NSCLC with poor prognosis. The independent risk factors include gross tumor volume, high T-grade,N2 metastasis groups,N2 amicula imperfect and low radiation dose.
