摘要
T he present study is to focused on toxicological effects of Cyclophosphamide(CP) on the expression of GDNF, closely related to spermatogenesis of mouse testes. Male mice were injected intraperitoneally with the CP (100mg·kg -1 body weight) once a day for 5 days as experimental groups. Control groups were injected with isochoric physiological saline. The animals were respectively sacrificed after 24h, 1st, 2nd and 4th week of last injection. The GDNF expression decreased in the experiment groups, significantly in 24h group( P<0.0 1 ), and it gradually recovered on 1st week, 2nd week and 4th week groups. But these experiment groups expression were still lower than control groups ( P<0.0 5 ). CP could decrease the expression of GDNF. We indicate that CP may influence the expression of these proteins, thus causing irreversible damage to normal male reproductive system in certain dose. These changes provide important information about the mechanisms underlying the effects of CP on reproductive system of male mice.
