摘要
Sixteen years old castrated Kankrej male was found dead after short clinical illness. On necropsy, multiple yellow to yellowish white, umbilicated, well demarcated, firm nodules of 3 to 20 cm in size were found on liver, lung, adrenals, lymph nodes and thoracic wall. Histologically, neoplasm was composed of round to polygonal cells arranged in irregular mass, poorly formed ducts, supported by a moderate to dense collagenous fibrovascular stroma. Neoplasm was diagnosed as poorly differentiated cholangiocellular carcinoma with desmoplasia. Diagnosis was confirmed by positive cytokeratin 7/17 immunostaining.
