inflammatory/infiltrating immune responses. Conclusions: These unprecedented multiplexed images quantitatively recapitulate known hallmarks of brain aging (i.e. tauopathy) and provide an opportunity to understand the phenotypic landscape of cognitive decline and resilience. Given this, we believe MIBI will illuminate critical gaps in our knowledge, providing better understanding of disease mechanisms in AD, while highlighting future targets or cellular pathologies for therapeutic development. KV conducted the work for this abstract.
