摘要
•Two new fatty acids and ten known compounds were isolated from Amomum tsaoko fruits.•The inhibitory effects of all fatty acids against Klebsiella pneumoniae and lipase were first reported.•Amomum tsaoko fruits could be used as a functional food for prevention of pneumonia and obesity.
