摘要

•A NIR fluorescent probe NDCM-HP with a large Stokes shift was developed.•NDCM-HP can detect H2O2 with high selectivity in the solution and living cells.•The limit of detection of NDCM-HP for H2O2 was as low as 70.189 nM.•NDCM-HP can monitor the exogenous and endogenous H2O2 in living cells.
