摘要

•SnO and SnO2 epitaxial films achieved by pulsed laser ablating a metallic tin target.•The epitaxial relationships between the films and the substrates are determined.•Band diagrams of SnO and SnO2 are determined.•p- and n-type conductivity for SnO and SnO2 are confirmed.•Raman spectroscopy can well identify the crystal quality of SnO.
