Solution-Processed 1-Thioglycerol Capped PbS Colloidal Quantum Dots for Single-Layer Photodetectors
JOURNAL OF NANOSCIENCE AND NANOTECHNOLOGY(2018)
摘要
Owing to their high molar extinction coefficient, broad light absorption range, and excellent air stability, lead sulfide (PbS) colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) are increasingly regarded as one of the most promising material candidates for next-generation low-cost flexible photodetectors. Here a solution-processed 1-thioglycerol (TG) capped PbS CQDs were obtained by a biphasic system ligand exchange approach, and which were applied in photodetector fabrication. The TG-PbS based single-layer device exhibits good performance with rise/decay time of 0.36/0.64 s, responsivity of 0.35 A W-1, and detectivity of 0.77x10(12) Jones. Meanwhile, the device can be fabricated on flexible polyimide (PI) substrate, signaling its potential applications in flexible optoelectronics.
