摘要
The proteins Cofilin-1 (CFL-1) and phosphoglycerate kinase-1 (PGK-1) have been verified to play significant roles in the radiation resistivity in human glioma cells as well as the primary human glioma cells (PHGC). We used enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to measure the contents of CFL-1 and PGK-1 in 7 strains of primary human glioma cells. Subsequently, through the results of the vitality, migration and the invasion before and after the treatment of radiation by Co-60 (5 Gy), CFL-1 and PGK-1 expression in cells were analyzed. The results showed that in different primary cells with up expressed CFL-1 and PGK-1, the difference of vitality, migration and invasion was not obvious. CFL-1 and PGK-1 regulated the radiation resistivity in primary human glioma cells. These findings provided potential individual therapeutic targets for glioma in the future.
