摘要
Abstract: In this article on cross-cultural management research, I share personal reflections on relevance, reflexivity, and challenges in advancing our epistemological and ontological thinking in cross-cultural management. I argue that we should maintain and preserve our status as subjective thinkers, with time to think. I propose an end to static nation-state thinking, and suggest that we move on with a different, multidisciplinary, and more dynamic set of assumptions, approaches, and research questions.
