摘要

•Due to high temperatures, 210Pb and 210Po in coal are released into the atmosphere.•Stack releases of 210Pb from coal-fired power plants in China was measured first.•Emission factors of 210Pb and 210Po were 2.1% and 3.7% based on flue gas data.•The emission ratio of Pb was 1.2% based on the measurements of flue gas.•The results provide essential input for evaluating the radiological impact of CFPs.
