e16517 Background: More patient tailored information for cancer survivors is needed. Evidence on effects of implementing Survivorship Care Plans (SCPs), is limited. Aim of this pragmatic cluster randomized trial is to assess the impact of SCPs in routine clinical practice. Primary endpoint is patient satisfaction with information. Secondary endpoints are QoL and health care use. Methods: We built an SCP-application in the web-based Registrationsystem Oncological GYnecology (ROGY), used in our area since 2006.
