摘要
In this article authors present a miniaturized scanning optical probe for multimodal nonlinear endomicroscopic imaging. The miniaturized scanning optical probe includes a two-axis gimbal-less MEMS scanner for beam scanning and a group of miniature optics for laser collimation and optical signal collection. Both second harmonic generation and two-photon excited autofluorescence signals are collected. The imaging rate is tested as 30 Hz and FOV is 130 um by 130 um. Different from traditional “needle” shape optical imaging catheters, our design highlights its “mushroom” shape and has been demonstrated to work with a dual-instrument channel commercially available gastroscope as an apparatus.
