Aims: The STAT5 genes, which encode the Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 5A and 5B signalling proteins, are commonly and recurrently mutated in CTCL. This study aims to functionally interrogate STAT5 single nucleotide variants (SNVs) identified in CTCL and to test their sensitivity to treatment with the FK228 histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi).
