摘要
The prevalence of chronic hepatitis Bin pregnant women is the same as the general population. The transmission of HBV infection from mother to infant may be intrauterine, at the time of delivery or after delivery. Lamivudine, telbivudine, or tenofovir should be started to prevent perinatal or intrauterine passage in the last trimester in patients with viral load > 10(7) copy/mL or patients with viral load > 10(6) copy/mL and had a baby with hepatitis Bin previous birth. Active and passive immunoprophylaxis should be given to the newborn soon after birth. There is a risk of infection exacerbation during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. Pregnant women should be followed closely for HBV flares every three months during pregnancy and for six months after birth. This study aimed to report a case of pregnant woman whose antiviral therapy was stopped at the beginning of pregnancy and who had hepatic exacerbation in the follow-up after delivery.
