E.F.P. Clinical Approach (Esthetic-Function-Posture)

The E.F.P. clinical approach (Esthetic-Function-Posture) allows to improve the smile, the occlusion and the posture of the patient with a single treatment and allows obtaining esthetic results, balancing the occlusion, even in parafunctional patients or with temporo mandibular-disorders.The esthetic, occlusal and postural restoration is achieved by means of adhesive materials and techniques, which guarantee the least possible invasiveness, compared to traditional prosthesis techniques, especially in the extensive full-mouth rehabilitations. In this first module the principles underlying the E.F.P. approach will be explained, explaining to the clinician the steps necessary to correctly frame the parafunctional patient and/or with occlusal disorders within a correct esthetic/functional rehabilitation plan.
