Structural characterization and antioxidant activities of the degradation products from Porphyra haitanensis polysaccharides

摘要
•Crude polysaccharides (CPP) were obtained from Porphyra haitanensis.•CPP were separated and purified to give five components (PP1–PP5).•The most sulfated component (PP3) was degraded using H2O2-VC to obtain PP3-1–PP3-4.•The most active fraction PP3-4 was purified to give PP3-4a.•The structure of PP3-4a was characterized by FT-IR and 1D/2D NMR spectroscopies.
