摘要
•The catalytic properties and analytical performance of novel DNA-grafted Hemin and classical G4/hemin was compared in detail.•DNA-grafted Hemin has lower background, higher catalytic rate, better oxidation tolerance than G4/hemin.•DNA-grafted Hemin also shows higher sensitivity and better dose-response ability for fluorescent biosensing.
