摘要

Newly synthesized Cu(II) complexes of 2-amino-6-sulfamoylbenzothiazole (2–4) have effective inhibitory activity on hCA I and II. 2 and 3 crystallize in the triclinic P1¯ space group with distorted octahedral conformations. 4 crystallizes in the monoclinic P2/1c space group and has distorted square pyramidal structure.
