摘要
We present line-scanned methane absorption spectroscopy at 1656.5 nm using a multi-section hybrid III-V silicon external-cavity laser. The laser demonstrates > 2 nm tunability and single-mode operation with SMSR > 50 dB for high-resolution spectroscopy.
