摘要
•Novel PVB/PVDF membrane containing boehmite for supporting nZVI was synthesized.•Boehmite and PVB both improved the hydrophilicity of boehmite-PVB/PVDF-nZVI (BPPN).•The Fe0 loading of BPPN was 2.1 times higher than that of PVB/PVDF-nZVI.•BPPN showed high reactivity, excellent staility and reusability in Cr(VI) removal.•Reaction kinetics and possible removal mechanism of Cr(VI) by BPPN were proposed.
