Beneficial effect of intravenous immunoglobulin treatment in a patient with antiphospholipid syndrome associated chorea

•Chorea is a rare non-thrombotic manifestation of antiphospholipid syndrome.•There are no guidelines regarding treatment of APS-related chorea.•We present a APS-chorea patient successfully treated with intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG).•IVIG treatment was fast-acting, well-tolerated and long-lasting effective.
