摘要
•The 3D process-based ecophysiological MAESPA model was modified.•It now integrates a calculation of foliage water evaporation at voxel scale.•A computation of an average within-canopy air temperature and vapour pressure.•Iterative calculations of soil and leaf temperatures to close energy balance.•MAESPA satisfactorily simulated two different ecosystems compared to measurements.
