摘要
•ZnTPPs form molecular chains on B step edges of anatase (1 0 1) at small coverage.•Single molecules are mobile on a flat surface of anatase (1 0 1) at RT.•Close to a monolayer coverage, ZnTPPs form stable commensurate structure.•Molecular domains have opposite chirality, but the same lattice vectors.
