Study of AlN-FeSiAl microwave attenuating ceramic

Little research has been done on the Ka-band wideband microwave attenuation ceramics. In this paper, the new idea of combining AlN and FeSiAl materias is proposed: the new composite microwave attenuation ceramic materials are prepared by hot pressing sintering process, and the materials are used to characterize electromagnetic parameters. Studies indicates that under the 26.5~40GHz, and FeSiAl weight content is set to be 10wt% and 15wt%, the ceramics possess excellent broadband attenuation performance.
