Economic Analysis Of Multi-Service Provision From Pv And Battery Based Community Energy Systems
2017 IEEE INNOVATIVE SMART GRID TECHNOLOGIES - ASIA (ISGT-ASIA)(2017)
摘要
This paper presents a smart community energy and frequency control ancillary service co-optimization model, using a mixed integer linear programming technique. The model is based upon the physical model of buildings, multi-energy conversion devices, energy storage and PV. The formulation enables different price components to be charged at the appropriate physical aggregation level, enabling study of the effect of aggregation. The proposed model enables the study of how these devices can reduce energy costs, through maximizing self-consumption of on-site generation, energy arbitrage and reserve provision. The operational and economic performance of demand side participating in both energy and frequency control ancillary service markets under the case of introducing home PV and battery energy storage are demonstrated using the presented model. The assessment of annual cash flow and community network performance are presented.
