摘要

•The results offer a novel research direction for preparing Sb2S3 thin films.•Phase-pure Sb2S3 thin films can be prepared by using ITO as substrate.•A novel chemical sensor for detection of hydrazine was fabricated.•The chemical sensor based on Sb2S3 film exhibited relatively low detection limit.
