Background: Corticobasal syndrome (CBS) is characterized by levodopa unresponsive asymmetrical parkinsonism, apraxia and cognitive deficit which bears various underlying pathology leading to difficulties in precise antemortem diagnosis. The diagnostic role of DAT image in CBS remains unclear.
