Sharp fano resonance in subwavelength grating waveguide micro-ring resonator

摘要
A sharp fano resonance at 1550nm wavelength is realized with subwavelength grating waveguide micro-ring resonator structure. The theoretical simulation and experimental fabrication have been demonstrated in this paper. It has great potential for enhancing the sensitivity of sensors, realizing high-speed optical switch and forming optical bi-stability.
