Magnetic anisotropies and rotational hysteresis in Ni81Fe19/Fe50Mn50 films: A study by torque magnetometry and anisotropic magnetoresistance

摘要
•Exchange bias of NiFe/FeMn thin films with varying NiFe thicknesses have been studied.•Torque magnetometry, anisotropic magnetoresistance and X-ray diffraction were used.•Angular torque and magnetoresistance calculated curves were compared to the experimental ones.•The different physical origin of torque and magnetoresistance allows using them in a complimentary way.•From magnetorresistance we have obtained stable parameters with increasing measuring fields.•From torque curves, uniaxial and rotatable anisotropies do increase as the measuring field increases.
