•NaDos is a new real-time personal exposure monitor for hazardous organic vapors.•Measures the type, concentration, & time history of hazardous organic vapors.•The performance range is 10μg/m3 to over 100mg/m3.•Performance exceeds NIOSH criteria of±25% of the concentration,>95% of time.•Fully integrated, battery powered, <1kg, wearable in hazardous environments.
