Variable Structure Control For Markovian Jump T-S Fuzzy Descriptor Systems

This paper is concerned with the variable structure control problems for Markovian jump T-S fuzzy descriptor systems with mode-dependent derivative-term coefficient. A new integral sliding mode control strategy is firstly proposed for Markovian jump T-S fuzzy descriptor systems with mode-dependent derivative-term coefficient. It is shown that although the state variables of the Markovian jump T-S fuzzy descriptor systems are discontinuous at the switching instant, the switching function is continuous all the time. Then a variable structure control method without sliding motion is provided which is regarded as an alternative way to complement the existing sliding mode control method. Finally, an example is given to verify the proposed methods in this paper.
