•Addition of FA and GGBS reduces total shrinkage and increases autogenous shrinkage.•A model is given to predict shrinkage/autogenous shrinkage of HPC with FA and GGBS.•The inclusion of FA is an effective way to reduce autogenous shrinkage of HPC.
