摘要
•The C-LCVD is an efficient method of increasing doping with N by using low flows of ammonia and laser powers.•Sample with the highest amount of dopant shows the best graphitization.•The relative amount of sp2 CC carbon has the same trend as ID4/IG.•The pyrrolic relative amount exhibits the same trend as I2D4/IG.
