摘要
•Development of a magnetic linear isolator based on a Quantum Well Hall Effect device.•The relative errors of frequency response of the QWHE isolator between 0 and 100kHz was ≤5.4%.•The isolator provide excellent gain temperature coefficient (< 7.5×10−4K−1).•This devices can be used for both DC and AC operation.•A linear relationship between output voltage and input current at each frequency were observed (R2≈1.0).
