Synthesis of titanium containing MCM-41 from industrial hexafluorosilicic acid as epoxidation catalyst

•The titanium containing MCM-41 has been synthesized with industrial H2SiF6.•The samples have good activity and selectivity for cyclohexene epoxidation.•This process increases the economic and environmental benefits for phosphate process.
