Synthesis of NiO@CuO nanocomposite as high-performance gas sensing material for NO2 at room temperature

摘要
Mesoporous hierarchical flower-like nanostructures NiO@CuOweresynthesizedthroughasimplemethod.(CuO molar ratio of) NiO@CuO sensor with NiO:CuO molar ratio of 1:1 (NC-1) exhibited fast response time of 2s to 100ppm NO2, the response time had remained 2–4.7s to 100ppm within 9 weeks at room temperature. The enhanced gas sensing could be attributed to the synergy effect of the large surface area and heterojunction at the interface between porous NiO nanosheets and CuO nanoparticles.
