摘要
e20685 Background: Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) was among the most frustrated side effects of cancer treatment. Over the past 30 years, several types of agents have been introduced to prevent CINV and gradually made Setrons (5HT3RA), Dexamethasone (DXM) and NK-1 receptor antagonists (NK-1RA) the cornerstones of antiemetic therapy, instead of the metoclopramide as single antiemetic in early 1980s. The present study aimed to compare the effect of four antiemetic models and delineate the changes in prevention of CINV. Methods: Patients enrolled in antiemetic trials from 1985 to 2013 and evaluable for complete response were eligible for our pooled analysis. According to the antiemetic regimen actually received, patients were assigned to groups Time A (Metoclopramide), Time B (5HT3RA), Time C (5HT3RA+ DXM), and Time D (5HT3RA+ DXM+ NK-1RA). The dose and route of administration of antiemetic agent must be consistent with that of approval. All kinds of 5HT3RA were considered equally effective....
