A Sketchy Recognition Based Remote Plotting Command Method

The poor understanding, which is appeared in the communication through voice or text between the rescue command personnel at the command post and the rescuers at the front, had an adverse effect on rescue and relief work after a natural disaster. In order to solve this problem, the remote command method based on sketchy graphic recognition is studied. The commander draw accurate action instruction on the command platform, while the frontline rescuers carried out rescue operation according to the action instruction synchronous displayed on the display terminal. Therefore, the research on sketchy graphic recognition technology, multi-clients communication mechanism and three-dimensional situation display method is carried out in this paper. Finally, a prototype system is established, which has been proved effectively by experiments.
