摘要

•Soybean PC-treated oocytes, culture medium and mineral oil were analyzed by MALDI-MS.•Short-term exposure to the PC supplement could modify the lipid profile of oocyte.•PC-treated oocytes selectively incorporated unsaturated phospholipids into membrane.•Soybean PC molecules are stable in IVM medium and do not diffuse to the mineral oil.•Incorporation of PC into oocyte membrane do not compromise in vitro embryogenesis.
