摘要

•Raman method to quantify tuberculostatic drugs in fixed dose combination tablets.•The four drugs quantification is allowed, in an adequate run time.•No statistical difference between the Raman spectroscopy and the HPLC-DAD results.•The method can be employed for manufacture control of pharmaceutical formulations.
