Transcriptomic Analysis Reveals Differential Activation of Microglial Genes after Ischemic Stroke in Mice (vol 348, pg 212, 2017)

•Digital gene expression of ischemic tissue after photothrombosis.•Larger microglial genes were altered at 2days as compared to 7days after stroke in response to ischemia.•Over 74% genes were identified as microglial genes after ischemia.•Pathways analysis revealed novel information of up- and down-regulated genes in progression of ischemia.
