Soft-Coupling With A/D And D/A Converters For Analog Reconfigurable System

This work proposes a novel connecting mechanism of analog circuit blocks as an essential technology for analog reconfigurable systems. In analog circuits with conventional DC-or AC-coupled connections, designers should cope with the noise rejection by the dedicated circuit mechanisms considering the individual circuits, and this makes design so complicated. In this paper, we introduce a soft coupling module combining ADC and DAC, which is generally available for the correction of analog signals. Here, we demonstrate a design case of a multi-stage amplifier composed of op-amps, correcting the offset between the adjacent op-amps by making use of the proposing module.
