摘要
•Propene and butene decrease the induction period more effectively than ethene.•An alkene co-feed caused faster deactivation due to a higher alkene concentration.•There was increased diffusion resistance due to an over-abundance of aromatics.•Acidic cages <73% and/or diffusion length <0.2μm make a better industrial catalyst.
