An Investigation For The Parameters Of The Inverted Cavity-Backed Slot Antenna

In this paper, an investigation for the parameters of the inverted cavity-backed slot (ICBS) antenna is proposed. Typical numerical results are presented to show the effect of various cavity size, slot dimensions and feedline on impedance of the antenna. In addition, the design size of cavity, slot and feed line is suggested, which can be seen as design guidelines of the ICBS antenna.
