Breastfeeding is a challenging topic for all in primary care. Although we would ideally wish to discuss the subject whenever required, this is rarely a simple task. Perhaps approaching the subject with financial analysis may offer a practical basis for community - wide communications which support lactation, such as teenagers, parents, friends and older family members.
