A review of face detection system

Here a camera is placed in a public place. The video that obtained from the camera is taken as the input. From the video the face of human is extracted and discards other faces. From recent crime investigations it is know that rather than arising of new criminals, the crimes are being conducted by already registered criminals during their parole or coming out from jail after their sentence. In this system a variety of photos related to each criminal is provided in the database. By using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm the content of pictures that is input face, is automatically identified by the software. This approach of identifying image from a whole lot of images is used to understand the criminal from a wide collection of criminal list. Using this software, it is easy to analyze the real details of one culprit through his face photo. Though this system provide a variety of appearance model photos about a criminal and categories them to a common criminal identification number it is very easy to identify the criminal. During analysis, the input photo is given and is cross matched with the training lot of all given photos using ANN and best matched photo with its criminal identification number and other details about the culprit will be displayed. This gives better result for further development and also can be implemented in various real time situations.
