摘要
High performance Sr-ferrites with optimized microstructure were synthesized by low temperature calcination ceramics (LTCC) technology with trace of K2CO3. The effects of K2CO3 additives on the microstructure and magnetic properties of the ferrites were studied. The phase characterization of the calcined particles was studied by X-ray diffraction. The microstructures of the calcined particles and sintered ferrites were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The particle size of the as-milled powder was measured by laser diffraction particle size analyzer. The magnetic properties of the sintered ferrites were measured by a B-H loop recorder. The results show that, non-agglomerated and optimum-sized Sr-Ferrite particles with single SrFe12O19 phase could be fabricated with the addition of 0.5 ∼ 0.75 wt% K2CO3. Ultrafine grained ferrites with enhanced magnetic properties could be fabricated by using these Sr-Ferrite particles as precursor.
