Collaborative treatment with variety of dust mites allergic in standardized dermatophagoides pteronyssinus allergen immunotherapy

Objective: To observe the dynamic change of specific IgE (sIgE) and specific IgG4 (sIgG4) in standardized Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus Allergen immunotherapy (AIT),and to evaluate the collaborative treatment between Der f and Blo t. Methods: This study observed the immune indexes of 110 children patients(90 patients for AIT group and 20 patients for control group) . Results: AIT for half a year, serum levels of sIgE to Der p, Der f and Blo t were increased, however, Compared with 0.5 Y Der f sIgE level began to drop in 2 Years of AIT, and the level of sIgE to Blo t also significantly increased after 1 year of AIT. the level of sIgE to Der p and Der f higher than Blo t at any time point.The sIgG4 levels of Der p and Der f significantly increased during treatment (0.5Y than pre treatment, 1Y than 0.5Y), and the level sIgG4 to Blo t also significantly increased in 0.5Y AIT. The increasing range of Der p sIgG4 reached to the maximum, followed by Der f and then Blo t.The strength of correlation in sIgE levels was great between Der p and Der f, and in sIgG4 levels between Der p and Der f.And, more remarkable, statistical correlations were also found between sIgE and sIgG4 levels to Blo t in the AIT group at any time point. Conclusions: Patiens with Der f and Blo t allergic may significant curative effect collaborative treatment in standardized Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus in the process of AIT. SIgG4 can be as a biomarker of indicator of synergy to monitoring allergen desensitization.
